This route heads into the Ica countryside to learn about pisco at wineries that still work in the traditional way. We pick you up at your hotel or bus station in central Ica and, in private transport, you visit three wineries: one traditional winery, with entrance included, and two artisanal wineries.
At each one you hear how pisco is made and taste what they produce. The tour takes about 4 hours and you choose the start time from 10:00 a.m., so it fits easily into a morning or early afternoon. It is a good introduction if this is your first time in Ica.
