This route shows how pisco is made on a larger scale with modern equipment, and compares it with the artisanal method. We pick you up at your hotel or bus station in central Ica and, in private transport, you visit two semi-industrial wineries with entrance included and then an artisanal winery.
At each winery you taste what is produced there, and at one of the semi-industrial wineries you get a souvenir chilcano. The tour lasts about 4 hours and you choose the start time from 10:00 a.m. It suits couples and small groups who want to understand pisco beyond the glass.
